【RETURN POLICY】

30-Day Window: You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility Criteria: To qualify for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.

【NOTE】

*Return Procedure: Returns must be sent to our specified return address. Upon acceptance, we'll provide instructions for the return shipment. Unrequested returns will not be accepted.

*Shipping Fees: Buyers are responsible for covering return shipping fees for non-quality related returns.

【REFUND PROCESS】

Notification: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll inform you of the approval status.

Refund Timeframe: Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days on your original payment method. Note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to complete the refund.

Delay Concerns: If more than 15 business days pass after approval without a refund, contact us at contact@sveltors.com or  sveltors@gmail.com.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items like underwear (bra/bottom) cannot be returned. For concerns about specific items, reach out to us.
